Jack's true comedic genius was only really discovered when he was seconded for several years to the European Commission where he was responsible for the EU Strategic Programme for Innovation & Technology Transfer, in his own words 'possibly the most creative and hilarious waste of public money since the Great Straight Banana Directive'.
On retirement, he discovered a more serious side and wrote two pantos (The Magic Shoes and Snow White & The Seven Not Particularly Tall People) and Acting Funny, a collection of review sketches for AmDram groups.
Sadly, Jack died in March 2010 after a short illness. He will be sorely missed.

A new take on the much beloved tale featuring the Wicked Queen, chuckle mines, the seven dwarfs, sorry NPTPs, and Dick Whittington & his cat (pardon?).
