Aladdin & The Pirates - Pantomime Scripts - All Groups
Brian Luff's new version of Aladdin has Abanazer as an evil pirate captain. Apart from that, the plot has all the features you would expect: a beautiful princess, Widow Twankey, Wishee Washee, two genies - and a penguin called Monty! Plus, lots of funny gags and clever wordplays. And pirates, ha-harr! "A very clever script with many modern twists - a superb example of the panto art!" - NODA
Cinderella & The Crystal Slipper - Pantomime Scripts - All Groups
Brian Luff's brand new script puts a number of fresh spins on the story while at the same time delivering a traditional family panto with all the usual trimmings. It's crammed with fast, snappy wordplay, accessible modern references and two hilarious slapstick routines. There's something for all the family! The emphasis is very much on comedy, which is provided by the Ugly Sisters as well as a daft duo of party planners called Mr Muggsy and Mr Puggsy who orchestrate the Grand Ball at the palace as well as spending most of the time trying to escape the romantic clutches of the Ugly Sisters.
